SHIPPING

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over:

  • Netherlands: €125,- excluding VAT
  • Belgium: €150,- excluding VAT

Important:

Free shipping is not applicable during discount promotions, sale periods, or other promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.

Digital products

For training courses, workshops, online lessons, gift vouchers, TS Club, and TS Club extensions, no shipping costs are charged, as these are not physical products.

Combination of digital and physical products

Are you ordering digital products in combination with physical products?
Then, for the calculation of free shipping, only the value of the physical products will be considered.

Free shipping only applies when the total value of the physical products amounts to:

  • at least €125,- excluding VAT for shipping within the Netherlands
  • at least €150,- excluding VAT for shipping to Belgium

If this amount is not reached, regular shipping costs will be charged.


RETURNS

We have a return period of 14 days.
This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

For a return, we expect the product to be:

  • unused;
  • still fully sealed for sealed or pre-packaged products;
  • in the same condition as it was received;
  • returned in its original packaging if possible.

Therefore, please keep the packaging and any protective materials until you are sure you want to keep the product.

You can easily register your return via the withdrawal form.

After receiving your request, we will contact you by email to further process the return and inform you about the next steps.

RETURN COSTS

The costs for returning products are borne by the customer.

You can choose to arrange a return shipment yourself or ask us to create a return label for you.
In both cases, the return costs will be passed on to the customer.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered due to an error by TS NAILS?
Then, of course, we will cover the return costs.

DAMAGE OR PROBLEMS

Check your order immediately upon receipt.

Have you received a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@tanyasavchenko.com.

We will assess the situation and, of course, provide a suitable solution.

EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS

Due to hygiene and health reasons, certain products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Builder Gels
  • Acrygels
  • T-Gels
  • Sculpt Jelly Gels
  • Other sealed or pre-packaged products

These products can only be returned when the seal is completely intact.

Once the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal expires, and these products can no longer be returned.

Additionally, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Sale and Outlet items

EXCHANGES

Do you want to receive a different product?

The fastest way is to register the original product through the return process and then place a new order for the desired product.

LEGAL COOLING-OFF PERIOD WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

For consumers within the European Union, there is a legal cooling-off period of 14 days.

Within this period, you have the right to cancel or return your order without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be:

  • unused
  • in its original condition
  • returned in its original packaging if possible

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, we will check whether the returned products meet the return conditions.

If the products are received in good order, we will process the return as quickly as possible, and the purchase amount will be refunded via the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Once the refund has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email.

The refund is usually processed within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may have additional processing times.

SHIPPING COSTS

When returning the entire order, you will receive the originally paid shipping costs back in addition to the purchase amount.

If only part of the order is returned, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The costs for returning products to TS NAILS are borne by the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered due to an error by TS NAILS.
