  • Netherlands: for orders over €125 excluding VAT

  • Belgium: for orders over €150 excluding VAT

Important:
Free shipping does not apply during promotions .

Digital products
For training courses, workshops, gift cards, TS Club and TS Club renewals, there are no shipping costs , as these are not physical products.

Combination of digital and physical products
Are you ordering one or more digital products in combination with physical products ?
Then the following applies:

  • Shipping is only free when the total value of the physical products :

    • minimum €125.00 excl. VAT for shipping within the Netherlands

    • minimum €150.00 excl. VAT for shipping to Belgium

  • If this amount is lower, shipping costs will be charged .

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your order or one or more products up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product(s).

REFUND

  • With a full return you will receive the full order amount including shipping costs , provided we receive the products unused and in good order

  • The return shipping costs (from you to TS NAILS) are at your own expense.

  • For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

After receiving the returned shipment, we will refund the amount due within 14 days , provided we have received the products unused and in good order.

PRODUCT CONDITION

The product must:

  • to be complete

  • if reasonably possible, to be returned in the original condition and packaging

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge a depreciation fee . Please handle the product with care and package your return carefully.

EXCEPTION: SEALED AND/OR SEALED PRODUCTS

For hygiene and health reasons, some products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken .

This applies, among other things, to:

  • Builder Gels

  • Acrylic gels

  • T-Gels

  • Sculpt Jelly Gels

These products may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided the seal is intact .
If the seal is broken, the right of withdrawal lapses and returns are no longer possible.

Want to return or exchange a product? Follow the steps below:

Please state here:

  • your order number or invoice number

  • which product(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • in case of exchange: the desired replacement product

2️⃣ Wait for our approval
After approval, you can return the product.

3️⃣ Return the product

  • In the original packaging

  • With order/ invoice number attached

  • Within 14 days after termination
