Shipping costs are free above €100,- excluding VAT , both in the Netherlands and to Belgium.

IMPORTANT: Free shipping is NEVER valid during promotions.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no shipping costs for Training Courses, Workshops, Gift Cards, TS Club, and TS Club renewals, as these are not physical products.

If physical products are purchased along with any of the above-mentioned items, shipping is FREE ONLY if the total value of the physical products is €100 or more. If the total value of the physical products is less than €100, shipping will be charged.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your entire order or You can cancel one or more products up to 14 days after receipt, without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the order or product(s). If you return the entire order, you will be credited for the full order amount, including shipping costs. The return shipping costs, from your home to the online store, are the customer's responsibility. Consult your carrier's website for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to TS NAILS with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@tanyasavchenko.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and package it in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport.

EXCEPTION: SEALED AND/OR SEALED PRODUCTS

Some products cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and/or health protection. will be returned if they have been opened. This applies to our Builder Gels, Acrylic Gels, and T-Gels, among others. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN AND RETURN ITEMS

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@tanyasavchenko.com .
Please state your invoice number and which product(s) are involved.
If you would like to exchange a product, please indicate this in your email.

After we receive approval for your return, you will be credited the full purchase price as soon as we receive the returned product. You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs to TS NAILS.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned with all accessories supplied - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging, with the order number attached and within 14 days , after termination of the agreement, must be returned to "TS NAILS".

To exercise this right:

  1. Send an email to info@tanyasavchenko.com with your invoice number and the product(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you wish to exchange an item, please also indicate which item you are exchanging it for.
  2. Please wait for our approval.
  3. After our approval, you can return the item in its original packaging, Please return WITH THE ENCLOSED INVOICE NUMBER to:
