How do you use Builder Base Pro for the best result?
Apply directly to a prepared nail plate:
Cleanser → Prep → Ultrabond → Base Coat 2.0
Then, build a thin nail with Builder Base Pro and cure for 120 seconds.
For a strong and durable nail, it is important to correctly file the free edge after curing – before or after applying the Top Coat.
👉 Why this is necessary:
Because Builder Base Pro is applied thinly, the front can chip easily if the free edge is not reinforced.
By filing away a small part of the free edge, you create a sturdy "curb," which makes the Builder Base Pro stronger than the natural nail – exactly what prevents chipping.
👉 How to do it:
– Take a file and hold it at a 90° angle against the nail.
– File away approximately 1.5 mm of the free edge.
– Check that you clearly see a small "curb":
– The Builder Base Pro must be thicker at the front than the natural nail.
– Finish the nail as you are used to doing.
By adding this step to your Natural Nail Treatment, you ensure perfect adhesion and a much lower chance of chips at the front of the nail
