Important to know:
The contents of the glitter and flake jars may vary due to differences in size and texture of the product.
Pots of Chrome Colors and Pigments are not completely filled because you only need a small amount for brilliant results. This is a premium and expensive product. Larger quantities would make it unnecessarily expensive.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• Apply a thin layer of a matching color Apply gel polish and cure it.
• Apply the Neon Pigment into the sticky layer of the Gel Polish
• Seal with the TS NAILS Top Coat No Wipe and cure (LED 60 sec. or UV 120 sec.)
